Тур в The Ritz Carlton 5*

Blackout for a few minutes while I was taking a shower, whole bathroom became pitch black. No water pressure in the shower stall, had to take a shower in the tub. Hot water pressure fluctuates turning into cold water. YIKES! Hotel Lounge is tucked away at the far end of the hotel in the 2nd or 3rd floor, signs & direction were poorly displayed as if they are trying to hide this place. My wife asked about booking train tickets online & the manager was friendly enough to give us her business card & said we can call her and she'd be glad to give us a hand. But when my wife called, she told her the info was in the Internet & she can look it up herself. Such previous hospitality in the lobby was just a public relationship stunt because we were in front of 20 guest & she didn't want to show any inhospitable attitude - SUCH FAKE PLASTIC PEOPLE!!

Rooms are okay. The food is good, but the pools aren’t the best. At new years eve we had a reservation for a table, but there were already people sitting! So the workers sent them to there own table without problems for them. The people who work there are to scared for people

The resort is amazing. Rooms are huge and very clean. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. The highlight of the resort is the pool near the ocean, heated to 29* The only negative is the breakfast room needs refurbishing and needs more light. Chairs and tables too heavy. Will be back. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and lovely.
